Borehole Image-log interpretation provides invaluable structural and sedimentological information for reservoir studies. A variety of structural features are recorded, including the orientation of faults and fractures, as well as zones of borehole breakout. The orientation of sedimentological features are also interpreted, such as erosional surfaces, bed boundaries, bedding planes etc. so that invaluable palaeocurrent information can be derived. Core data, where available, is integrated. Interpratations are made using Terrasciences software and all the results are extracted digitally.
